Prosecutor's Office will charge TikToker “The Daughter of God” with hate speech

The Attorney General of the Republic, Tarek William Saab, reported that citizen Evelin Velásquez, better known on the social network Tik Tok as “The Daughter of God”, was arrested in flagrante delicto, for hate speech.
The head of the country's criminal case reported, through his Instagram account, that the 61st Full National Prosecutor's Office, Specialized in Hate Incitement Crimes, was appointed to carry out investigations into the case.
In the same message, Saab recalled that the said citizen, through Social Networks, disseminated content inciting hatred against authorities of the Venezuelan State, all this in order to generate anxiety in the population.
