PSUV highlighted the People's commitment to the defense of the Homeland against hegemonic pretensions of the United States

The Secretary General of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón, emphasized that the People have demonstrated a firm will to defend national sovereignty, regardless of political differences.

“There are sectors that have raised their voices and have said: “We are going to defend the Homeland!” That belongs to all Venezuelans,” Cabello emphasized during a PSUV press conference.

Cabello also warned against the presence of internal actors who, he said, act as a Trojan Horse in the service of imperialism.

“Those who live here and work for foreign interests must know that their fate will be the same as that of the enemies of the Fatherland. We have said it and will continue to say it: We are ready for this battle!” , he pointed out..

He assured that the PSUV reaffirms its commitment to peace, sovereignty and national unity, in defense of Venezuela's historical and constitutional values.

“President Nicolás Maduro's call for the activation of militia forces has been met with discipline and commitment. Since the PSUV, we have placed ourselves at the command of this directive, taking action at all levels of the party, but the most important thing has been the spontaneous mobilization of our people,” he said.
