Extraordinary Plenary of the PSUV Congress

Published at: 11/09/2025 02:26 PM

Long live the fatherland! Long live Bolivar! Long live Chávez! Long live Maduro! Long live the undefeated people of Venezuela!

Well, a hug, a hug for everyone, for everyone.

Today, eleven, can you hear it back there? Can you hear it?

No, you don't hear well here, you see, you don't hear here well, here, and here you hear, here yes, not there, you don't hear well, you don't hear well, here next door, and here you're not hearing well either,

There is no short return. When you hear it right, let's put Yelitza to sing for

watch until you hear it right. One, two, three, four, sound. Around here, nothing. Aha, here

improved. And now? Well, I salute you all. Support, the consequence with the revolution

And it's our turn to this congress

Who has invited

And ordained the brother president

Nicolás Maduro

In a moment

That our homeland

The Venezuelan homeland

La Patria de Bolívar

of Chávez, of the boys and girls of Venezuela is being besieged by imperialism.

And when we say besieged by imperialism, we mean it with the consequences.

and what a siege means for a people.

We have seen a lot of threats since the Bolivarian Revolution arrived

To the power of the hand

of our people and of Commander Chávez

we have seen and experienced many situations

We have even experienced coups d'etat

not one, not two

We have seen attempts to

invasions

February 23

We have seen assassination attempts

Some frustrated

And others not frustrated, such as the assassination of Commander Hugo Chávez. Led, without a doubt, by North American imperialism. Executed by North American imperialism.

We have experienced many situations, but without a doubt the one that has been experienced in recent times far exceeds any other that the country has experienced in recent years.

From the threats, the stalks, the rhetoric of imperialism, they have gone to a higher level than siege, to aggression, to an attempt to escalate a conflict with this humble people.

In this small town, 30 million inhabitants, just 30 million,

we have been accused of barbarities that are only practiced by those who accuse us.

From terrorists to being declared foreign enemies to the people of Venezuela in North American territory.

They have accused us of directing global drug trafficking, they have accused us of being linked

to the terrorist groups of the world, by the way, terrorist groups most of them created by

North American imperialism. And we have endured the gale. This town, thanks to greatness

of our people. And under these circumstances you say, ah, where do we start?

to try to put in context where we are, where we are going, but above all from where

we come. I'm going to read, and you always have to turn to the father of the country Bolivar,

And I'm going to take part in Bolívar's speech to the patriotic society on July 4th

of 1811, where he expressed the need for union to become independent from Spain. It's not that

there are two congresses. How will those who know the need most promote division?

of the union? What we want is for that union to be effective and to encourage us to the glorious

company of our freedom. Unite to rest, to sleep in the arms of apathy

Yesterday was a waning, today it's a betrayal. What is being discussed in the National Congress

should be decided. And what do they say? That we should start with a confederation, such as

if we weren't all confederated against foreign tyranny. What should we attend to

the results of Spain's politics. What does it matter to us that Spain sells separately?

their slaves or to keep them, if we are determined to be free.

These doubts are the sad effects of the old chains. That big projects must be prepared

calm. 300 years of calm is not enough. The Patriotic Junta respects Congress as it owes

of the Nation, but Congress must hear the Patriotic Junta, center of lights and

of all revolutionary interests. Let us fearlessly lay the foundation stone of freedom

South American. To hesitate is to lose ourselves. He was a young Bolívar, 1811, very young, for some,

but already with the decision to be free. What does it matter to us, what mattered to them in

1811? That Spain would do whatever they wanted. If they were willing at the time

to be free and Spain was the most powerful empire of that time, or they called themselves

the most powerful. And then I'm going to read this other one, which is an excerpt from the Letter from Jamaica,

written by the liberator Simon Bolivar on September 6, 1815, from Kingston, Jamaica.

That is, four years later.

The success will crown our efforts, because America's destiny has been irrevocably fixed.

The bond that bound it to Spain is severed.

Opinion was all its strength.

Through it, the parts of that immense monarchy became closer to each other.

What used to link them, already divides them.

The hatred that the peninsula has inspired us is greater than the sea that separates us from it.

It is less difficult to unite the two continents than to reconcile the spirits of both countries.

The habit of obedience, a trade of interests, of lights, of religion, a reciprocal benevolence, a tender request for the cradle and glory of our parents, in short, everything that formed our hope came to us from Spain.

From here, a principle of adhesion was born that seemed eternal, even though the misconduct of our dominators relaxed that sympathy, or rather, this attachment forced by the empire of domination.

At present, the opposite is true. Death, dishonor, how harmful they are, threaten and fear us. We all suffer from that denaturalized stepmother.

The veil has been torn and we have seen the light and we want to return to the darkness. The chains have been broken. We have already been free and our enemies are once again trying to enslave us. Therefore, America fights with spite and seldom has desperation not brought victory after it.

Father Bolivar. If we read that today, I think it's the same situation, because the enemies of the homeland, both internal and external, want to return to the colony.

They want to colonize us again, they want to turn us into their slaves, that, as he told him here, denaturalized stepmother.

There is also a stepfather who believes he is the master of the world today.

And he wants to return us to darkness with the complicity and participation of some who were lucky enough to be born in this land, but who do not feel Venezuelan.

Because no one who was born in this land could be lending themselves to foreign interests coming to harm the children of this country, of the Venezuelan homeland.

Neither stepfathers nor stepmothers. We are free and will continue to be free.

What has North American imperialism used? Of lies, of falsehoods.

Is this the first time that US imperialism has done this?

No, he's done it countless times.

The empire always lies, it never tells the truth, it always lies, it has a habit of lying.

Imperialism has let lies run against Venezuela, just as it let lies flow against

Iraq, weapons of mass destruction. He has let falsehoods run against Venezuela

who have already let it run in other places and that they have ended the invasion of those

places and with a large number of murders committed by imperialism, by imperialism

North American. Some of these killers have even received the Nobel Peace Prize for

assassinate people. A few days ago, knows the world, press conference by the head of the administration

of imperialism, the emperor, press conference and says that they had just destroyed a ship that

I had left Venezuela bound for the United States and they had died, they had died

11 crew members, that this ship was loaded with drugs to poison the people of the States

United. Tremendous falsehood, tremendous lie. It wasn't a ship, a rock. A rock

It's a very small boat. According to the videos they themselves presented, that if you

He puts 11 people in that rock, there's nothing left. Because when those rockers grab

On the high seas, fishermen have to carry gasoline for the return, so as not to be left

drift on the high seas. But they determined in the dark, under a special technique

I imagine that these were criminals from a group that they have demonized from here, from Venezuela and from the United States, called the Aragua Train.

We don't defend drug traffickers or defend murderers. We've never done that. Here we have fought drug trafficking and criminal gangs.

But imperialism, when it made that confession, confessed that it murdered 11 people, without a trial formula, using the army, saying that they had killed those people because they were members of the Aragua train.

How did you identify them as being on the Aragua train? Would they have a, I don't know, a boy? Would they have a QR code? And they read it from above, in the dark. They openly confessed that they had murdered 11 people.

We have done our investigations here in our country and there is the family of missing people who are complaining to their relatives and when we ask in the villages, none of them are from the Aragua train, nor are they drug traffickers, nor were they carrying drugs.

An assassination has been committed against a group of citizens, using lethal force.

What is styled when a drug is detected?

Bomb the ship or take it to determine how much drug they are carrying and to take those carrying the drug prisoner.

What does international law establish?

Nowadays, of course, when the news comes out, the mainstream media once said, embraced the official message of imperialism. There was no reasonable doubt that supposedly, no, no, everything, the Aragua train was killed and killed because they were carrying drugs on the high seas.

Today, world public opinion is awakening and beginning to ask the real questions.

Why were they murdered?

What is the objective of the United States?

It's attacking the fight against drugs, it's fighting drugs.

If that were true, the United States should have its entire fleet in the Pacific,

which is where 87% of the drugs produced in Colombia come from.

But strangely enough they are attacking where 5% of that same drug supposedly comes out.

Numbers not ours, they are numbers from the UN agency against drugs and crime, official numbers.

There is no fight against drug trafficking. Venezuela has no plantations of coca leaves or marijuana anywhere. Venezuela has no laboratories. That same report says so. Venezuela is a territory free of laboratories for the processing of coca leaves or any other type of drug.

And transit through Venezuela is statistically negligible compared to other sectors.

Oh, but you know what? Venezuela has oil, Venezuela has gas, Venezuela has gold, Venezuela has water, but I'm going to tell you something, Venezuela also has dignity.

And this message is for those who believe that this speech of accusing us of what they do,

Because what is the biggest drug cartel in the world?

The DEA.

The DEA.

Have either of you seen it, even in movies?

I take advantage of the fact that the brothers are invited. This is how it is in movies, the capture or destruction of a drug cartel in the United States. We haven't even seen them in movies. Not even in movies.

That is the lie they want to use against us, because in the end they are not fighting against any group that trafficks drugs, what they want is to put an end to the Bolivarian revolution.

And there we as a party have to make a decisive decision, we as a party.

Because up until now this has been a peaceful revolution.

Our commander told us, this is a peaceful, but armed revolution.

Chavez told us this many times.

the United Socialist Party of Venezuela, which are our parties allied to the great patriotic pole,

we must make a decision.

Because imperialism is determined to attack us.

He is determined to do so.

That way no one in the world believes their lies.

But they are determined to attack us.

What answer are we going to give?

Are we left with our arms crossed?

We Venezuelans are not like that

Venezuelan women are not like that

We have years of history

from our chiefs

women and men

What did they face

To the Spanish Conquistador

Who didn't just face it

But they resisted

upto

That more than half

He was murdered

In the greatest genocide

Of the story

And while

In other places

They can get used to it

To be subject

here in Venezuela

We don't get used to it

While in other places they can cherish the idea that as a colony they would do better.

We don't accept that.

We are convinced that as a free people, we would be better off, not only better.

But our people would also have their freedom

It hasn't been easy how far we've come

Brothers and Sisters

What do the experts come out

From here and there

experts

To us we say here

grandstand managers

The enormous power

United States military

Nobody discusses it

Nobody discusses it

Add to that

The Barbarians Who Rule

But just like no one is arguing about it

No one can take us away

The right

To fight

nought

Nor is anyone going to take that right away from us

What does our fight do

A fight

genuinely fair

genuinely fair

Because we would be fighting for our independence, we would be fighting for our sovereignty,

but we would also be fighting against the oppressor, against the handsome man in the neighborhood.

You who are here brother delegates, sister delegates, are leaders elected by the rank and file of the party and in these situations those who have leadership roles must be at the forefront of the battle.

That is why a brother president has summoned them and has summoned us, because we have to make a decision in this plenary session to move to a higher phase to defend our country.

Thank you!

Because that big army, when it's up against a small nation,

who decides to face it by conventional methods,

usually the big army ends up winning.

but it must be clear about imperialism and its allies from inside and outside.

From the inside and the outside.

That when a people takes up a fight with dignity, and besides that fight is just, there is nothing to stop it.

And this is how we have seen small towns that have imposed themselves and defeated large armies.

Whoever remembers Vietnam can remember it.

Beyond Hollywood.

Which is what really happened in Vietnam.

When a small people, without weapons, but with an iron and united will, united, was able to give a sovereign lesson to North American imperialism.

It's not with conventional warfare.

It's not with conventional warfare.

It's another type of war and we need to move to that phase and prepare for that phase.

This isn't an apology for war, no, it's not. This is the love of freedom.

We must move from that peaceful revolution to an armed revolution, to an armed struggle for the homeland, for our independence, for our sovereignty, against the oppressor.

Move away, keep away the one who walks Bolivar's sword through Latin America!

Move away, keep away the one who walks Bolivar's sword through Latin America!

For this reason, for this reason, dear brothers and sisters, we have been moving forward.

We have been moving forward.

And in that war, which will not be conventional at all, we are going to do it everywhere, on all terrains, on all fronts and with what we have at hand.

The homelands who are here will see what they are going to do. They'll see what they're going to do. But when it comes to defending our homeland, doubt is a betrayal of our country.

And that imperial enemy, you must be very clear about it, from here, from this humble, small country, you must know that they will not defeat us in two days.

And they're messing with Venezuela, that war won't last two days, not three, not four, not five, it'll be a hundred years of war, but we're going to defeat them.

We're going to beat them!

People in arms, in defense of the homeland.

What does that mean? That everyone is going to war?

No, we're going to keep working here.

We will continue to produce.

But we are going to use the teachings of other peoples and we are going to a prolonged active resistance, not a resistance in a chinchorro waiting to see what happens, to God begging and Con El Mazo Dando.

Long-term active resistance. They will never be prepared for a protracted war.

Someday, beyond their planes, their submarines, their nuclear ships, they will have to set foot on Venezuelan ground.

And there they will know what this town is made of, what the women and men of this town are made of.

That they don't see us, but that they feel us at all times and in any place.

Prolonged active resistance in permanent offense.

Today we did an exercise in the morning, very early.

we activated some regions of the country in perfect popular, military and police fusion.

Which is like the tool, but that goes, the armed struggle goes beyond that,

The town in Arba goes beyond that, because it's not just armed force, resistance

active, prolonged, it is not only for those who have a gun, it is also for teachers,

It is also for the doctors, it is also for the workers, it is for the peasants, it is

of the workers, of the workers, it is of the young, it is of the women, it is of those who

They call old people, they belong to the whole town. Some people may be afraid. Fear?

To what? The fear we must feel is that this country will become a colony again.

That should indeed be the fear. But confronting those who want to invade our country,

That should be an honor for any Venezuelan. A true honor. Bolívar told us that independence was the most precious asset we had achieved.

Well, that's our base now. Today we are free. What do they want? That we return to the darkness? Well no, well no.

We have been fortunate to lead this peaceful revolution. We came to the government by the votes, the votes of the people.

The people came to the government with Chávez and Nicolás Maduro. And the people know that they have a government that is responsible for them. But I believe that the time has come for the revolutionary war against a powerful enemy.

And not only do I believe, but that this party must immediately review all forms, beyond what already exists, which is what already exists in our Bolivarian National Armed Forces, our militia, our police, police forces, our popular organization in sectors.

No one can underestimate that enemy, no one should overestimate it, either, they are defeatable, they know it.

And that national front must be united with a great international front, so we thank you for your presence here, dear comrades.

because the world needs to know that Venezuela is facing a just cause, our cause, the cause of freedom, because beyond that, I'm going to try to be moderately diplomatic with this,

Whoever thinks that the thing is with Venezuela and that then they don't go after them, is fighting.

You are totally wrong. They go to Venezuela and then they go to everyone.

And those who do not raise their voices today to at least claim that our America, the great homeland, is a territory of peace,

Tomorrow he will be the target of that great aggressor and he will have no excuse.

From the peoples, how much support! Every day we receive support.

And we must transform that support of the peoples into a great global movement of support and defense of the Bolivarian revolution and the defense of our people.

And this isn't about us being us, no. If it were another country, the one under attack, I guarantee that there would be Venezuela's primary voice with its people.

And there the party has to say present, whoever doesn't like that music ask for time, ask for time, because imperialist aggression is inevitable.

They're on a climb. Those who have studied any of this can review it. How they act. Everything follows a script, a script. And they have right now the most powerful war they are using psychological warfare. The war of psychological attrition. That's what brother Jorge Rodríguez is going to talk about.

They begin to attack. What are they attacking for? To divide us. To look for some fissure to get into. How to exploit any difference?

And there are weak people, or there could be weak, very weak people, who commit the cardinal sin of believing what imperialism says, by the different means it uses.

Prolonged active resistance on all fronts, in the military, in the political, in our party, economically, culturally, diplomatically, on all fronts.

Let them know, those who want to attack us, that they are going to find themselves here in Venezuela with a people who are not willing to give up or negotiate anything, because freedom and independence are not negotiable.

Here Venezuela elected a president and that president is called Nicolás Maduro Moros.

He's not another president.

Go to know with the whims of spoiled boys and girls, vendepatria.

Why prolonged resistance?

protracted. We have to take advantage of time. Make the most of it every day. Don't commit

the mistake of declaring war on no one. No. Don't even believe that we're going to face

to someone through the conventional route. They have their ways. But with war of everything

The people can face anyone. We are 30 million Venezuelans.

What is the political objective of this US aggression? What is the real objective? End the Bolivarian Revolution, because they couldn't handle the votes.

And I think that as they commit this kind of clumsy, the less they can do for the votes.

If we were doing calculations for 500 years, we're going to start calculating 500 more years.

Our people in arms, mobilizing the entire country in a permanent offensive, never putting us on the defensive with imperialism because it crushes us, it would overtake us, it would convince the world with its lies.

We have the truth about this town, and this town, oh my God! , how have you interpreted this constitution?

He knows that this is the essence of this country.

I told them that popular, military and police fusion is like a hinge, isn't it?

And that can help us defeat the enemy.

But we must be clear that this enemy will never leave us alone.

So, this popular, military and police fusion must also serve us to guarantee, in the long term, our own liberation, the liberation of our homeland.

That enemy will never give up on its objectives. Never.

Because they feel assaulted when their spoiled boys and girls cannot win an election to the people.

And they want to impose their will. How many coups d'etat have there been in America?

Today we are commemorating 52 years of a coup d'etat that they staged.

To the great Allende. Today. And how did they give it? Why did they start attacking Allende and the Chilean people?

The Secretary of State at the time said that the economy had to creak. And what are they trying to do with us? The same thing. It's a manual.

It's a manual.

The thing is that they do not dare to say that what they want is a change of regime.

And they want to disguise the things behind a fight that doesn't exist.

Because if you want to combat drug trafficking, come and talk to us because we have fought it efficiently here.

For them to learn.

So that they know, how it's done.

It's not Venezuela.

Do you know how many American citizens are permanently addicted to some type of drug?

More than 54 million.

And do you know how many of those 54 million serve, have the governments of the United States attended to?

Only about 12 million.

The others are left to the good of God and they are the zombies that we see on the streets of Philadelphia, that we see on the streets of New Jersey, in Las Vegas, in Atlantic City.

And they solve their problem by exposing drug carts on the street. This is how they solve their problem.

Well, Venezuela is a country in peace and we want to remain in peace, but that peace must be preserved because, as our president says, it is not the peace of graves, we want a peace with justice and our fight is absolutely just.

No one can, no one can dispute the just nature of our struggle.

If some people could say, they're not worth it, don't mess with those people who are very big, we're not messing with anyone.

We don't mess with anyone.

But we're going to defend ourselves against anyone, no matter the size, no matter where they come from.

And it's not going to be for a day or two days, it's going to be years, probably decades, but we're going to defeat them.

Rest assured that we will defeat them.

They always go to their manuals.

We also have our manuals, we have our method, we have our method of defense,

we have our hinge that unites the people, the police forces and the military forces.

But we also have a people that has been formed for the defense of the homeland.

And it's common to see one of our militiamen operating, for example, for example, an iglas.

They know how deadly an iglas is.

Against anything that flies.

We are going to find a Venezuelan woman, a housewife, who doesn't take a shot.

We started these days, look at what the morality of a people is.

Within the formation of our party is the formation for the defense of our homeland.

And we had planned training for young people about two months ago, or maybe three, we had told Greece.

And we made the decision, a few days ago to start it, almost a month, what day was it? August 21st we started it, it was three days, four, five, and the young people went to that camp.

and over the course of these days

It gave way

In these camps desertion is normal

Of the people

Because he was injured, what do I know

And in those days it began

The strongest aggression of a character

And you had to see the spirit

Of the youth of the PSUV

And of the great patriotic people

It would have to be seen

The heart

Of these boys

Of these girls

It was no longer

The formation

only for training

They understood that the formation

It was to defend our homeland

Against anyone

And there were no desertions, there were no desertions, and every day the demand was greater, and when someone was injured, the colleagues carried them, helped them, because one of the slogans was, we didn't leave anyone in the way, and they graduated.

Get up the young people who were in the course.

And I'm going to tell you something, imperialists, it's not for cannon fodder, no.

Before a young man falls, we prefer to fall the old ones a million times.

It's because they are the ones who are going to lead this revolution for 500 more years.

It's because they embody the fatherland.

Because we say that aggression is imminent.

Because we are not going to make any concessions to imperialism.

Of no kind.

It would be a historic mistake to make concessions to imperialism.

Because when concessions are made to imperialism, it comes for more.

He wants more.

There are no concessions with imperialism.

There are no negotiations.

We have the conviction, and as some of our friends say, the unwavering faith in victory, in the victory of a people that has never given up, under any circumstances.

And it is you, dear brothers and sisters, leaders, delegates of this plenary of our Congress, who must go to the communities that elected you and speak clearly to our people.

Because when a people are clear and when a people are united, no one can stop them. And this is not straw talk, this is an enormous reality that we have demonstrated, not once, but many times.

They may have all the power militarily, we assume that they are militarily superior, but morally they don't even reach our ankles.

We are morally superior.

And that force knows that it decides the morals of peoples in battle.

When every Venezuelan, every Venezuelan, every member of our party

be aware that you have it and become a fighter with weapons,

they will understand that we are not playing, they will understand that this is serious.

And we are telling you today, April 11th, in homage to Allende, this is not at stake, this is serious, totally serious.

And now, of course, we need the support of sister peoples,

of sister peoples, but we must prepare ourselves to do this with our own strength.

Let's not expect anything but from ourselves.

Any support is welcome, but we must prepare to do it ourselves.

We are truly ready, because thanks to Chávez he left the road open for us, he left us that path marked out.

Is there anyone here who is not clear that we are going to make a transition from a peaceful revolution to an armed revolutionary struggle?

Does anyone have any questions?

Are we clear about that?

Are we okay with that?

So, our party statutes say that we are a revolutionary party. Now we are going to be a revolutionary party. Truly revolutionary.

Where we must be the vanguard. Today we are the electoral vanguard. Well, that's good, to be the electoral vanguard because it allows us to win the elections, but we must also be the vanguard to protect our homeland, to guarantee the independence and sovereignty of our country, to defeat any imperialist aggressor who wants to harm us or wants to believe.

That they're going to take our oil for free, not a drop they're going to take away from here, because we would make their lives impossible.

Not a drop of oil will be taken from Venezuela.

And you know that a war is a war, and there may be, we've already had how many casualties,

But what is the outcome of that war going to be for us?

From that phase.

It can't be other than the annihilation of anyone who sets foot in Venezuela.

Bolivar said so.

This isn't said by God given, eh?

The hatred that the peninsula has inspired us is greater than the sea that separates us from it.

And why? For the aggressions of the Spanish Empire at the time against Venezuela.

And if Bolivar said it at that time against the Spanish Empire, what should we say today?

Exactly the same thing against the North American Empire.

exactly the same thing.

Brothers, if this party assumes its role as a revolutionary vanguard,

if it becomes the revolutionary party that our commander Chávez dreamed of and drew,

We will be at the forefront of any electoral, political, military struggle, struggle for independence, whatever it may be.

We will become much stronger, much stronger, a party that is capable of attracting those we need to attract.

Because you know perfectly well that when brother President Nicolás Maduro called for enlistment,

Venezuelans who are not members of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela went to enlist.

Who is not a member of parties of the great patriotic people, but who deeply love this country.

When it comes to defending the homeland, anything goes.

Everything is fine, except to be an idiot, like there's nothing going on.

Here they are going to attack us and we must prepare to defend this homeland.

I ask if there are doubts, because the psychological campaign is terrible, it's terrible.

Let us not be carried away by psychological campaigns, because that is their first task, to see us as a solid block.

That the words of Commander Chávez when he told us, unity, fight, battle and victory.

Unity of patriots, said Hugo Chávez, a unit of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces, a unit of the great patriotic pole, said Commander Hugo Chávez.

The time has come to meet Chávez.

You know that our brother president has been in charge, without any hesitation, with firmness, with firmness, with extraordinary courage, doing exactly what our commander Hugo Chávez would do.

Exactly, here we have no choice, as Rivas said, we want colony, we want freedom, the colonialists here will not be able to, and that is the fundamental task that we have.

There are the peace quadrants. The Peace Quadrants are a wonder. The circuits, sorry, the communal circuits are wonderful. There are the peace quadrants.

There is the territory. Whoever controls that small territory, the enemy when he steps wherever he steps, is going to look very badly. It's going to look really bad.

because here at some point they accused our Caribbean peoples of being cannibals.

Leave the one who is still quiet.

We are not cannibals, but the sons of Bolívar and Chávez are very hardworking to defend our country.

And well arches to defend the homeland.

That is why, brothers and sisters, I call you in the name of my brother president,

On behalf of our people, let them assume the leadership we must assume in each community that elected them.

May we assume the leadership of all contacts and prepare ourselves definitively for the transition from this peaceful revolution to armed struggle in defense of our people.

But today, what I put on here was the symbol of our movement, the Bolivarian Revolutionary Movement 200.

This bracelet, February 4th of the year 92, our flag, the flag of Miranda, the flag of the Free Peoples,

which is the same flag of Colombia and Ecuador.

We are one flag.

Now, I'm going to give this to them so that we can wear our tricolor bracelet with pride and that they know that there is the homeland, on the street, in battle and in victory.

A hug for you.
