Venezuela reaches a new record in Major League Baseball
(MLB), with the participation of 32 Venezuelan
players in the postseason, in the quest to win the World Series championship
.
With this figure, it surpasses the 26 Venezuelans who said they met
in the 2020 postseason, in which only Brusdar Graterol won the champion ring with the Los
Angeles Dodgers.
The 32 Venezuelans are divided between 14 in the American League
and 18 in the National League of the MLB postseason, which began this Tuesday, October 1.
The playoffs began with the Wild Card Series, which could
run until October 3, until one of the participating teams
achieved two victories.
