Record of 120,000 coffee plants drives reforestation in Miranda

The Territorial University of Scientific and Technological Studies of Miranda (UTEC MIRANDA) reached a record of 120,000 coffee plants established at the Hacienda Virgen del Valle, during a working day that strengthened the Chuquisaca National Reforestation Plan, the Ministry of Popular Power for Ecosocialism reported .
The institution noted that, in addition to the establishment of coffee plants, 20,000 bags were prepared with organic substrate and strategic seedbeds were consolidated to guarantee the forest and fruit inventory of the Mirandino axis.
The Ministry indicated that this deployment will make it possible to supply the Network of Allied Nurseries and to ensure the biological material necessary for the protection of basins and the continuity of ecosocialist actions in the region.
