Revolutionary government advances in the development of communal projects in the Joaquín Crespo parish of Maracay

As part of supporting communal projects, the Bolivarian government of Girardot in Aragua began the rehabilitation of the Casa de los Abuelos in the Edgar Sanabria Park, as well as the construction of a calisthenics area in Las Ballenitas Park. Both initiatives are being developed in the Robinsonian Socialist Commune SR, located in the Joaquín Crespo parish in the state capital.

The rehabilitation of Casa de los Abuelos, located in sector 1 of Piñonal, was a prioritized project managed through the corporation “Together Everything Is Possible” by President Nicolás Maduro approved on May 25. The project will directly benefit older adults in the commune, providing them with adequate spaces for recreation and comprehensive care.


Elsewhere in the Joaquín Crespo parish, construction began on the calisthenics park, approved through the popular youth consultation of the same commune. This project responds to the demands of local youth, promoting the practice of outdoor sports and physical activities, and strengthening community leisure spaces.

It should be noted that these initiatives, backed by Mayor Rafael Morales, Governor Joana Sánchez and President Nicolás Maduro, consolidate the exercise of communal power through popular consultations that prioritize social welfare in the Girardot municipality.
