The head of the Unified
Command of the Bolivarian Revolution, Jorge Rodríguez, stated that the
participation of the People in the elections of July 27 is a
clear demonstration of rejection of the sectors of violence and extremism in Venezuela.
“There is a
clear demonstration that this people reject and repudiate fascism, extremism
and any call to attack the People of Venezuela and their territory,”
he said during the press conference this Monday, in which he indicated that electoral
participation increased by almost 300,000 votes, compared to the elections of governors.
He also
reaffirmed that of the 335 mayors in the country, the Great Patriotic Pole won 285;
which represents 85% of the total of them.
“Hold on to that top of my nail,” he said, noting that this is a reflection of the sustained growth in the participation of the Venezuelan people in recent electoral events. At the same time, he stressed that the contribution of Venezuelans and Venezuelans to the choice of youth projects in the Popular Consultation is also added.
