During the meeting between Maiker Espinoza and his family in the Aquiles Nazo Cultural House, the head of National Dialogue, Jorge Rodríguez, pointed out that the release of more than 250 migrants kidnapped in El Salvador was achieved through negotiations between the Bolivarian Government and the Government of the United States.
“The negotiations were only with the Government of the United States, it never even remotely crossed our minds to talk to the clown (Salvadoran president), we never spoke or agreed to have any kind of conversation because we knew that what Nayib Bukele was a clown, what he was is a boss,” he said.
He stated that the case of Maiker Espinoza is one of the most emblematic of the atrocities committed, since it involved the separation of a family.
He pointed out that President Nicolás Maduro was always the first to be in charge of the return of Venezuelan migrants.
