Rodríguez to the athletes: They carried Venezuelan kindness with the conviction of never giving up

The President in charge of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, expressed her pride in welcoming the athletes who won second place for Venezuela in the IV South American Youth Games Panama 2026.

Through his Telegram channel, Rodríguez pointed out that “Our boys carried the Venezuelan kindness with the conviction of never giving up, demonstrating the greatness of the nation. You are the future of Venezuela and you are the bearers of the tricolor flag in every competition.”

Rodríguez led an official reception and recognition ceremony for national athletes after their outstanding participation, which meant 33 Gold Medals (a historic record for the country), 21 Silver Medals, 29 Bronze Medals.
