Russia asserted that the Kiev regime maintains alliances with terrorists

The spokeswoman for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, Maria Zakharova, assured that the Kiev regime has long been in contact with terrorist organizations, implicated in attacks against Russian citizens.

Zakharova explained that, in these terms, a report published by the Turkish newspaper Aydinlik, according to which the Ukrainian government had held talks with the terrorist organization Hayat Tahrir al Sham (HTS) in Syria to involve them in operations against Russia.

According to the information, quoted by the Russian Today portal, a delegation from Ukraine met on June 18 with Heysem Omeri, one of the leaders of the aforementioned terrorist group, and that reinforced security measures were taken at the site of the meeting.
