Ruta de la Fe was inaugurated in Lara to promote religious tourism

The sightseeing tour will be available for owners and visitors on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays

In order to highlight the religious and emblematic spaces of the state of Lara, the Route of Faith was inaugurated, a route that includes points of interest such as the Tourist and Recreational Monument El Obelisco, the Metropolitan Cathedral of Barquisimeto, the Flower of Venezuela, the town of Santa Rosa and the Mantle of Mary Divine Shepherdess.

According to information from Venezolana de Televisión, the route inaugurated by the Lara State Tourism Corporation (CORTULARA) will be available to its own and visitors on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, with the aim of showcasing the beauty of the region and opening doors to foreigners.

In this regard, the sole tourism authority and president of CORTULARA, Esthefany Ferri, expressed her satisfaction at the realization of this initiative that allows us to promote religious tourism in the region and highlight its importance in the economic and cultural development of the state.

The inauguration of the route was attended by the media and the general public, who were able to enjoy the first route thanks to the support of Governor Adolfo Pereira, the Minister of Tourism, Ali Padrón and the sole authority of Tourism in Lara.

The Faith Route is presented as an attractive alternative for visitors interested in exploring sites of religious interest in Lara, contributing to the diversification of recreational spaces in the region. Collaboration between local and national authorities will strengthen the promotion of these spaces and their valuation as cultural heritage of the area.
