SAIME completed Route “Get to Every Corner of the Homeland 2026" with more than 180,000 identification certificates

The Administrative Service for Identification, Migration and Aliens closed the “Saime Arrives to Every Corner of the Homeland 2026" Route with 183,356 registered citizens in the national territory.

The operation, active since February 2, involved more than 100 officials deployed using mobile units and trailers to renew documents in different parts of the country.

The day made it possible to attend to areas that are difficult to access, including indigenous communities in Guiana Esequiba, where children and adolescents processed their Identity Card for the first time.

During this initial deployment of the year, more than 33,000 data checks were carried out on users whose numbering range exceeds 22 million.
