SAIME opened an office for the issuance of passports in 48 hours (+Caracas)

The Administrative Service for Identification, Migration and Aliens (SAIME) opened this Monday an office for the issuance of ordinary passports with authorization, located in the Simon Bolivar Center in Caracas.

The information was released by the institution that guarantees the identity of Venezuelans in its social media accounts, in which it detailed that this office will only issue passports and they will be delivered within 48 hours.

The headquarters has more than 40 officials, including an office manager, a human resources analyst, a vault and recruiters, among other public servants, “who are the guarantors of the issuance of the travel document”.

To carry out this procedure, people must enter the website www.saime.gob.ve and request it through the Self-Management Service.
