The Administrative Service for Identification, Migration and Aliens (SAIME) reported that more than 280,000 Venezuelans and naturalized nationals have been treated during the data verification days it has carried out in the national territory.
Through its social media user, the institution reported that assistance to these operations has been carried out since last June 30 for citizens whose identity cards are between 22 and 32 million.
As reported by SAIME, the objective of this activity is to validate the personal information of users.
The data verification service will continue to operate throughout the country without an appointment being requested. Those who have not yet attended these days can do so. As the only requirement, they must present a simple copy of their birth certificate, while naturalized persons must carry the certification or Official Gazette.
