Samuel Moncada denounced US plans with satellite countries since 2023

Samuel Moncada , Ambassador Permanent Representative of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela to the United Nations (UN), headed the Forum Intervention of the United States (USA) in our electoral system as a technique of a coup d'etat.

Moncada highlighted this Friday that several institutions work through the State Department and intelligence agencies, among others, together with satellite countries of the United States, in order to destabilize the country.

He also explained that the report presented by the North American defense agencies during the year 2023 in which it is stated that Nicolás Maduro would win the presidential elections of 2024.

In this context, the ambassador rejected the work carried out by Juan Guaidó, with which he begins to sow ideas to reveal what comes next: “They have to build a parallel CNE, because the government is going to close theirs, there will be nothing... there will be an electrical and information blackout and freedom is achieved through a system independent of the Republic.”
