As part of an articulated effort between national and regional authorities, the comprehensive sanitation of the Orinoco Botanical Garden, located in Ciudad Bolívar, Bolivar State, has already exceeded 50% of execution.
The governor of the entity, Yulisbeth García, reported that there are already more than two months of deployment as part of the 2026 Rain Plan, which is an initiative that involves the participation of the Ministries of Ecosocialism and Transport, in addition to the team of the Venezuelan Hydrological Anonymous Company.
García reported through his account on the social network Instagram that civil tasks include the harvesting, pruning and mass weeding of this important plant lung.
This achievement is the result of the mobilization of heavy machinery. “With perseverance, we continue to recover our historic and natural spaces for the well-being and enjoyment of the people of Ciudad Bolívar,” said the regional president.
