Scattered rains and cloudy skies, INAMEH forecasts for this Monday of Carnival

The National Institute of Meteorology and Hydrology (INAMEH) forecasts for this Monday a partly cloudy sky and clear areas in much of the national territory.
In its bulletin for this Monday, February 16, it forecasts partly cloudy to clear skies in much of the national territory.
The institution noted that there are some cloud covers that generate rain or showers or scattered drizzles in the states of Sucre, Miranda, Falcón, Carabobo, Aragua, Yaracuy and Lara.
In addition, rainfall of varying intensity and occasional electrical activity are expected in Bolivar and Amazonas.
As for Greater Caracas, fragmented cloud cover prevails, with possible scattered rains before noon.
