Sector Vice President Cabello held a meeting with 181 generals and rear admirals of the Security and Defense System of the FANB

This Thursday, July 17, the sectoral vice-president of Politics, Citizen Security and Peace, Diosdado Cabello Rondón, held a meeting with 181 generals and rear admirals who are members of the Security and Defense System of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB) in the spaces of the Higher Military Training Center.

During the activity, Cabello highlighted the luck of those present to graduate under the leadership of Commander Hugo Chávez; and that today it is a pride to see them already with the rank of general attained.

“To see that 25 years have passed, 26 years for some, of a journey that in military life is the most beautiful no, of the training of unit commanders at all levels, of the responsibility they have given them, placed in their hands for the fulfillment of the mission and seeing them now as generals, for me personally, is very satisfying,” he said.

He also took the opportunity to remember where the FANB comes from. At the same time, he stressed that the new military structure has allowed, by region, the number of officers to be expanded at different levels.
