Sector Vice President Cabello: The units we are delivering are of the latest model

Following the instructions of President Nicolás Maduro, the sectoral vice-president of Politics, Citizen Security and Peace, Diosdado Cabello Rondón, together with the sectoral vice-president of Political Sovereignty, Security and Peace, Vladimir Padrino López, delivered vehicles, motorized units and equipment to the special forces of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB), with the objective of strengthening security and defense of the nation's peace.

During the event from the Venezuelan Military Academy, he highlighted that this first equipment that is delivered today is of “the latest model, both motorcycles and vehicles”. In addition, he pointed out that the objective is for each group of the special commands of the FANB to have their motorized unit.

He reaffirmed that this modest delivery of equipment is carried out with all “the love, the commitment put in to allowing our units to have the greatest possible mobility”. At the same time, he emphasized that this action is being carried out with a great effort to circumvent all sanctions, blockades and attacks against Venezuela.

“How we brought it here to Venezuela we are not going to tell you, we are not going to do it to imperialism because we have had to fight against blockades, sanctions; they have forced us to be creative, namely, that we cannot count on anyone, that we depend on ourselves, because of these endowment efforts I think it is an extraordinary effort in these times of blockade, sanctions and persecution,” he said.

For this reason, he reaffirmed that equipping the elite units of the FANB “fills us with pride, with satisfaction because we know that they will be well used”.
