This Monday, a new working day was held by the Council of Sectorial Vice Presidents, where the talks focused on the National Risk Management System, which was activated by the president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, on June 30.
Led by the Executive Vice President of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, this Council laid the strategic foundations for mitigating and preventing any natural disaster that may occur during the expected rainy season in the country and which has given its first signs in recent weeks.
Since the beginning of the rainy season, 16 tropical waves have been recorded in the country, the last of which became the hurricane called Berly, which touches the coastal area of the national territory.
During the meeting, the authorities reviewed statistics of the 1×10 System of Good Governance and especially the cases under development, in order to reinforce efforts to exceed the 95 percent goal in this care program.
