SENIAT: May revenue exceeds 486 billion bolivars

The National Integrated Customs and Tax Administration Service (SENIAT) reported that during the month of May it collected a total of 486 billion 163 million 775,654 bolivars.

The income received in that month corresponds to: Income Tax (ISLR) 70 billion 457 million 142 thousand 773 bolivars, Value Added Tax (VAT) 243 billion 817 million 662 thousand 924 bolivars. In terms of customs, 121 billion 674 million 443,462 bolivars were reached and what was obtained in other Internal Revenues is 50 billion 214 million 526,495 bolivars.

Superintendent José David Cabello Rondón pointed out that these figures reflect the commitment of the Venezuelan people to tax culture, in addition to expressing the clear intention of the Bolivarian Government to collect resources for the social welfare of all.
