Solidarity with Cuba: Italian association sends new container of humanitarian aid to Havana

A new container loaded with essential supplies, including medicines, medical supplies, clothing, children's toys and walkers, was sent this Monday to Havana by the Italian solidarity association La Villetta per Cuba, led by Luciano Iacovino.

The initiative, backed by various sectors of the Italian people, is aimed at mitigating the effects of the blockade imposed by the United States (USA) against the Antillean island.

This effort is in addition to other recent actions of the organization, such as its collaboration in the European Solidarity Convoy of the Let Cuba Breathe campaign and the recent demonstration in Rome that brought together more than ten thousand people.
