The arrival of international flights to the country increased by 222% this year

During 2024, the arrival to Venezuela of flights from other countries increased by 222%, said the Minister of Tourism, Ali Padrón.

According to a press release from the Tourism portfolio, Padrón noted that this increase is in relation to the results obtained during 2023.

“We have had a performance that invites us to continue working because we are convinced that Venezuela's potential is important for the country's economic development,” he said during the inauguration of the second edition of the Expo Salon of Suppliers of the Venezuelan Association of Five Star Hotels (AVENCITEL).

Padrón also explained that among the goals for the coming months is to validate 100 routes in different tourist destinations.
