The Bolivarian Government of Miranda inaugurates works in Los Salias to improve the quality of life of its neighbors

With the objective of guaranteeing spaces that promote sports and the healthy recreation of citizens, the governor of the state of Miranda, Elio Serrano, delivered a park and a sports court in the municipality of Los Salias in the Altos Mirandinos axis.

Through a press release from the Government, it became known that in the SAN Antonio La Rosaleda Residential Park, where, thanks to the communal organization, residents were able to recover the playground and the churuata through the Popular Consultation.

While in the Las Polonias Nuevas sector, in the municipality of Los Salias, the new multipurpose court was inaugurated, an integral sports space that was consolidated after the Popular Youth Consultation held in July 2025.

“The community infrastructure work will have a direct impact on the quality of life in the area, allowing more than 150 children and young people to benefit through sports, healthy recreation and neighborhood encounters,” the Government reported.

This is a strong demonstration that popular consultations have a real, direct and immediate effect on the territories. The Popular Consultation is, in essence, the demand to put a living letter in people's dreams; it is the materialization of what the grassroots decide,” said Governor Elio Serrano , while calling on the community to take care of the facilities and to continue strengthening neighborhood structures.
