Starting this Monday, June 29, the Workers' Digital Bank (BDT) will set up its headquarters facilities as a center for collecting donations for areas affected by the recent earthquakes.
This initiative, according to a press release from the financial institution, aims to channel support and solidarity to families and communities that were affected by the strong earthquake that occurred last June 24.
The financial institution makes a solidarity call to its entire workforce, clients and the general public to join this noble cause. During the collection days, priority will be given to clothing in good condition, footwear, sheets, blankets, as well as essential medicines, first aid material and personal hygiene items.
The reception point will be located at the main entrance of the bank tower located in El Rosal, Avenida Venezuela, where a team of volunteers will be duly deployed to receive, classify and pack the supplies in an organized manner. The opening hours for receiving donations will be from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
