The Ministry of Transportation will completely close the La Yaguara - El Junquito Highway starting this Friday

On the occasion of the execution of sewerage replacement work, a total closure will be carried out in both directions of the La Yaguara - El Junquito highway, in Caracas, starting Friday, June 19, the Ministry of Popular Power for Transportation (MPPT) reported on its account on the social network Instagram.

The road restriction will be applied continuously for 24 hours, from 9:00 p.m. Friday, June 19, to 9:00 p.m., Saturday, June 20. The affected section specifically covers from kilometer 4 to the entrance of La Yaguara.

The authorities urged drivers, carriers and the general population to take the necessary forecasts, plan their routes in advance and use alternative routes while carrying out these works aimed at optimizing roads.

With these tasks, the Bolivarian Government seeks to optimize the conditions of the main road arteries of the Venezuelan capital, with the objective of ensuring smoother, safer and more efficient mobility for drivers.
