The People Speak! Venezuelans came out to vote massively in the 2024 National Popular Consultation

This Sunday, April 21, the Venezuelan people came out massively
to exercise their right to vote in the 2024 National Popular Consultation.
From San Juan de Los Morros, Guárico state, Aurora
Cristian described the participation of the people on
election day as excellent, “the inhabitants of the community came out to vote for the projects
that need to be financed.”
For his part, Alberto Vargas, from the
Longaray community in El Valle, said that when he entered the voting station they explained
everything to him in a very simple way, “and that was my vote, quickly”.
“I voted for the waterproofing option because the
building where I live has a roof with a lot of leaks and that affects the
residents of the upper floors and the structure of the building, and the costs of
these works are very high,” he added.
Meanwhile, Roy Lugo, said that he went out to vote as a family in the National Popular Consultation to choose the projects that will benefit our communities.
“Only together will we continue to overcome criminal sanctions and
give the greatest possible amount of happiness to our people. Long live Venezuela!” ,
he said.
From the Iribarren municipality, Lara state, Juan Rodríguez, commented:
“Today we are having a great party,
it is the demonstration of the people to consolidate our proposals. This is a
conscious people, who have mobilized
massively on this historic day”.
On the other hand, Sandra Martínez, a resident of the El
Valle parish in Caracas, highlighted the participation
of the community, “people came out to vote, with a single purpose, to choose the projects
to be executed.”
“This is the legacy left to us many years ago by our Commander
Hugo Chávez, the empowered Popular Power,” he said.
