The town of Barinas joins the National Popular Consultation 2024 and from the early hours they go to authorized electoral centers.
In the state of Barinas, more than 1500 community projects were applied, in 223 circuits, with the participation of more than 2500 communal councils and 198 communes.
For this election holiday, 629 voting centers were set up in the llanera entity.
Anyone over 15 years of age can participate in the National Popular Consultation, presenting their laminated identity card.
