Through the National Surgical Plan, 15 ophthalmic patients from Carabobo state underwent free cataract surgery, Health Minister Magaly Gutierrez said.
Through her Instagram account, the Minister highlighted that the interventions were performed at the Dr. José Manuel Vargas ophthalmology service of the “Dr. Enrique Tejera” Hospital City (CHET) of the aforementioned entity.
“From the National Public Health System, we continue to make progress in the Surgical Plan, serving our people in a timely, free and efficient manner, thanks to our President Nicolás Maduro and his valuable 1x10 tool of Good Governance,” he said.
