Trujillanos FC became the first place finisher in the Final Phase of the FUTVE League 2

Between Saturday 30th and Sunday 31st of August, the eight matches corresponding to the 22nd day of the 2025 Season of the second division of Venezuela were played, in which Trujillanos FC assured its presence in the Final Phase.

In the Western Group, Trujillanos FC beat Atlético El Vigía 0-1, making it to the final stage of the tournament. The winning goal was scored by José Alejandro Rivas from a penalty kick in the 17th minute.

For their part, Titanes FC defeated Academia Puerto Cabello B 2-0, with goals from Jan Sanlorenzo in the 7' and Rodrigo Godoy in the 45+2'.

Meanwhile, Real Frontera won 2-1 against Ureña SC. The sugar player was ahead with Anthony Neira in 75' but Alexander Rondón Oliveros completed the comeback in 89' and 90+4'. While Heroes of Falcón and Barquisimeto SC equalized 1-1 with goals from José Reyes in 55' and Carlos Espinoza in 90+1'.

In the Central Eastern Group, Deportivo Miranda and Dynamo Puerto tied 1-1. For the visit, Arian Moreno scored in 55' and Darío Ascanio equalized the score for the locals in the 80th minute.

On the other hand, Marítimo de La Guaira won 2-1 against Aragua FC. Jaiser Altamar in the 9' and Jhon Escobar in the 57' scored for the coastal cast, while Fernando Gutiérrez in the 67' scored for the aurirroja.

Monagas SC B beat Angostura FC 3-2. The goals of the Barça subsidiary were Diego Requena in 15', Kleybert Rivero in 74' and Saúl Herrera in 87'. Carlos Gorrochotegui scored for the blue gold in the 1st minute and Joaquín Zappacosta in the 38th minute.

On Sunday, Bolivar SC and Mineros de Guayana matched 0-0.

These results allowed Deportivo Miranda to maintain first place in the zone with 41 points, followed by M Marítimo with 39' units.
