The president of the National Assembly, Jorge Rodríguez, reiterated this Friday the call to Venezuelan migrants around the world to return to join the reconstruction of the country, hit by the economic blockade of which it has been a victim for years.
“This is the time to tell them: 'Come here. ' This land is a land touched by the hand of God. Revenge everyone, because here we are all necessary for the reconstruction of the Homeland, for the rebirth of the Homeland,” said Rodríguez from the state of Trujillo during a sectorial assembly in the entity, within the framework of the second stage of the National Pilgrimage for a Venezuela without Sanctions and in Peace.
He stressed that if with the sanctions, the blockade and the isolation “to which they subjected us, we have been able to move this forward, now that we are going to make an opening, that we are going to reintegrate Venezuela into the international economic scene, that we are moving towards a total lifting of sanctions, because Venezuela deserves to live 100% free of sanctions, this is going to be too small. And we're going to see with our own eyes the country we're building for our daughters and sons,” she said.
In this regard, the head of Parliament pointed out that with the support of all, “we are going to see the prosperity of the Trujillo state multiplied by a thousand, and we are going to see the Venezuela of the future, the Venezuela reborn, but not a prosperous Venezuela of the future so that a few rich people continue to become rich, a prosperous Venezuela of the future so that all of you can feel that prosperity is at home,” he emphasized.
