TSJ has served more than 246 thousand people with the Mobile Court Program

To date, more than 246,000 Venezuelans have been served by the teams of experts and professionals that make up the Mobile Court Program throughout the country, said the president of the Supreme Court of Justice (TSJ), Judge Caryslia Rodríguez.
From Plaza San Martín in Caracas, where a new day of the program was held, broadcast by Venezolana de Televisión, Rodríguez congratulated the professional women and men of the Venezuelan justice system for their effort and dedication, so that each day is successful and benefits the Venezuelan people.
“Until today, we can indicate that we already have 706 mobile courts throughout the country, it is said quickly, but we are talking about almost 30,000 people throughout the country to allow this dream to become a reality, with a total of 244 municipalities addressed, with a total of procedures carried out of 219 thousand 766 procedures carried out, when we talk about procedures carried out, we say that they are concrete procedures, with problems solved,” he said.
He also indicated that 11,317 consultancies, forums and workshops have been carried out to strengthen communal peace and emphasized that next December 15 will accompany the democratic exercise for the national consultation. “On December 15, we took advantage of it because we are going to participate massively in the election of our justices of the peace,” he said.
He stressed that communal justice of peace had a great deployment until a moment ago, which included advice, forums and workshops, and this scope we are talking about 11,317 meetings throughout the country to materialize and realize justice in communal peace.
The magistrate highlighted that the TSJ activity goes to the School, in which “we had a significant number of high school campuses across the country, where we were not only able to share with the children, adolescents and students of these schools, but also with their teaching and administrative staff.”
For his part, the Comptroller General, Gustavo Viscaíno, stated that national training has begun so that members of the Communes are aware of fiscal control and the entire national system of control in the face of the decision of the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, to lower the direct budget of each of the Communes, which will be fully obliged to submit their annual, biannual and quarterly report.
“The examination of your account so that the State always has clarity in all that fiscal control that belongs to us as the authority of the Office of the Comptroller General of the Republic,” he said.
The Mobile Court, a program of the Venezuelan Judiciary that has been relaunched since February 9, 2024, makes it possible to bring justice closer to the people, by offering free legal advice and processing of documents such as: rectification of records, divorces, conservatorship and maintenance obligations, among other legal processes, required by citizens.
