TSJ holds a special day of free legal advice for those affected by earthquakes

At the headquarters of the Supreme Court of Justice (TSJ), a special day of counseling in civil matters was set up, aimed at providing free and specialized legal care to families affected by the earthquakes that occurred in the country, as well as to the general population.

The day, reported the Supreme Court on its account on the social network Instagram, will remain active from July 10 to 17, in which it will deal with cases related to the declaration of sole and universal heirs, divorces by mutual agreement, evidence from witnesses, supplementary titles, and other procedures in civil matters.

This initiative is part of the actions promoted by the High Court, which remains deployed in the most affected states to accompany, together with various institutions and agencies, in the judicial and social spheres, the affected population, with the purpose of providing permanent care.

In the same way, a Situational Table continues to operate in the facilities of the country's highest court, where the situation of each girl, boy and adolescent who is in a vulnerable condition is constantly monitored, as well as the attention and channeling of cases that require institutional response.

In this space, judicial servants, as well as multidisciplinary teams from the Public Defense, the Ombudsman's Office, the Public Prosecutor's Office, the National Council for the Rights of Children and Adolescents (IDENNA) and the Municipal Council for the Rights of Children and Adolescents (CMDNNA) provide attention.
