The National Experimental Security University (UNES) held the master class led by the rector MG. Fabio Zavarise, for students of the Institute for Higher Studies in Citizen Security and the National Advanced Training Program.

Zavarise explained the institutional foundations of UNES and its creation within the framework of the Alma Mater Mission. He indicated that training should be oriented to ethical behavior and to the capacity of officials to respond to the needs of the territory. He pointed out that education is a central element in consolidating a model of protection adjusted to the law.

The rector presented an analysis of the international context and stated that sanctions applied by powers seek to control resources, generating violations of norms and rights. He recalled that, before UNES, the perception of security forces was marked by practices that affected the relationship with citizens.

He stressed that the institution trains professionals aligned with the vertices of the Great Mission Quadrants of Peace and the Strategic Lines of the Homeland Plan. He added that inclusive education facilitates the integration of police forces into communities and that the university incorporates scientific and technological advances to meet the country's demands.

Zavarise called for strengthening academic quality, using technology judiciously, sharing knowledge and exercising functions with transparency.
