UNES reveals gigantography of the first card issued by this house of studies to Commander Chávez

On the occasion of the 11th anniversary of the planting of Commander Hugo Chávez, the governing body, students and other representatives of the National Experimental Security University (UNES) unveiled a giant photograph of the first card issued by this university, which was precisely for the leader of the Revolution.

In this regard, the rector of this house of studies, Fabio Zavarre, explained that the original of this document rests in the vault of the Mountain Barracks 4F, “like one of the objects most precious to our commander Chávez”.

He also indicated that “starting today, this giant photograph will be permanently visible to our entire university community to remember, forever, that Commander Chávez was the creator of this University, which has been training more humanist public security officials and officials who guarantee the protection of the homeland at the service of the Venezuelan people for 15 years.”
