Universities develop proposals for the Historical Bloc Congress

Students, workers and professors from the university sector of the city of Caracas discussed their proposals in the context of the National Congress of the Bolivarian Historical Bloc.
From the Bolivarian University of Venezuela, the General Coordinator of the Congress, Ricardo Menéndez, reported that “so far 43,000 assemblies have been held throughout the national territory and nearly 50,000 proposals are being incorporated into the configuration of the ACA of the 7T,” reported the newspaper Úlmas Noticias.
In addition, Menéndez assured that three central documents will be configured, for the plenary session of the Congress, which will take place from October 31 to November 2, the first will be about the vision of Venezuela 30 years to 2054, “what do we think will be the development in the economy, in the social sphere, the development of our education system, what corresponds to the demographic bonus and the new specializations of the economic-productive system, the value chains, we are going to have a different vision and for the first time in 500 years we will have the decolonization of the national territory”.
In this regard, the also Sectorial Vice President of Planning added that the second is the Concrete Action Agenda of the 7T Plan, “corresponds to several temporalities, the ACA, which is the immediate vision of development, which will be the year 2024, the year 2025 and then the great transformations of our country”; as well as, he specified that the third document has to do with the transformation of the Venezuelan State, “it is not only about the fight against bureaucratism, corruption, having more efficient mechanisms. of the development of our country”.
He also said that with this document the configuration of a new Popular and Revolutionary State was born, “It is not a technocratic issue, we are talking about a revolutionary transformation of the Venezuelan State based on the direct participation of Popular Power, that is, a revolution within the State.”
