The United Nations Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Middle East currently has 115 shelters across the Gaza Strip, housing more than 90,000 displaced people.
Around 420,000 people have been displaced again since the Israeli occupying government resumed its aggression against the Gaza Strip on March 18 of this year.
In this regard, the Secretary General of the United Nations, Antonio Guterres, called in recent statements for a ceasefire for the protection of the Gazan civilian population and the occupied Palestinian territories, which have been massacred since April 7, 2023, in this latest Zionist attack.
The UN focuses on several issues: the ethnic cleansing that the Israeli army seeks in the area, violations of human rights and international law, and the importance of humanitarian aid, among others. In the face of them, Israel ignored them, breaking truces and continuing the massacre against the civilian population.
