This Monday, the President (E) of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, began an official agenda in Barbados with a meeting at the Government House with President Jeffrey Bostic with the central purpose of strengthening the binational relationship, based on the principles of brotherhood, solidarity and mutual respect that have historically defined the diplomatic link between Caracas and Bridgetown.

During the working day, both authorities and their ministerial delegations evaluated the existing cooperation agreements to ensure their effective implementation.

In this regard, Rodríguez and Bostic ratified their commitment to advance in strategic areas that promote shared economic development and social welfare, consolidating the integration of both nations in the Caribbean context.

Among the most important points on the bilateral agenda, the need to promote air interconnectivity and tourism to boost commercial exchange was discussed. In addition, new goals were established for the promotion of culture and the promotion of socio-productive projects, seeking to take advantage of the potential of each country to generate tangible benefits in its productive sectors.

This approach reaffirms Bolivarian peace diplomacy and Venezuela's willingness to build solid alliances with its neighbors in the region. The high-level dialogue concluded with the determination to maintain constant monitoring of the agreed projects, ensuring that this new phase of collaboration strengthens the sovereignty and stability of both peoples.
