The Vice President of International Affairs of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Rander Peña, signed a memorandum of understanding with representatives of the Popular Democratic Party of Laos, in order to promote interparty cooperation.

Through his social networks, he shared images of the working day with the head of the Party's Central Committee Relations Committee, Bounleua Phadanouvong, VTV press reports.

Peña explained that this agreement is based on the creation of political consultation mechanisms between both parties to discuss and exchange information on construction work and other issues that interest both parties, in addition to promoting cooperation in mass organizations and work in the socio-economic sector.

The treaty also establishes the strengthening of exchanges on experiences of party and State governance and the holding of theoretical seminars to share experiences on the issues of political organization construction, economic development and social management as mutual support in matters that concern the safeguarding of the sovereignty, territorial integrity and independence of both countries.

“Through Bolivarian Diplomacy of peoples, we continue to make the multipolar and pluricentric world a reality,” he said.
