The Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela and the Russian Federation signed a memorandum of understanding, with the purpose of strengthening the country's Special Economic Zones (SEZ), said the vice president of Communication, Culture and Tourism, Freddy Ñáñez.

In his account on the social network Telegram, he specified that “this agreement, signed in Kazan, will create a joint working group to promote productive projects, locate industries and access Russian products to Latin American markets.”

“Thanks to the leadership of President @ NicolasMaduromoros, we continue to consolidate Venezuela as a commercial bridge in the Global South,” he said.
