The Foreign Minister of the Republic, Yván Gil, reported that this Monday, June 22, he held a meeting with the Türkiye ambassador to Venezuela, Aydan Karamanoğlu, within the framework of the mutual commitment to periodically review and update excellent bilateral relations.

On his Telegram account, Gil noted that during this meeting, “we reviewed the recent commitments established at the June meeting between President (E), Delcy Rodríguez, and the President of the Republic of Türkiye, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.”

In this regard, he specified that “these agreements cover strategic areas such as investment, energy, air connectivity, agribusiness and infrastructure projects, which will be expanded in the fifth joint commission scheduled for November.”

“This dialogue reinforces our cooperation, which has proved to be highly beneficial for both peoples. We thank the ambassador for his willingness to maintain continuous and constructive communication,” Gil added.
