Venezuela comfortably beat Bolivia 7-1 in the 2025 Women's Cup America

The Venezuelan women's national team defeated Bolivia 7-1 in Quito, Ecuador, as part of the group stage of the 2025 Women's Cup America.
After a collective play, Oriana Altuve opened the scoring in the 13th minute. Bolivia tied in the 17th minute, taking advantage of a rebound in the area. Venezuela regained the lead with goals from Gaby García (24') and Ysaura Guarecuco (29'), with assists from Deyna Castellanos and Raiderlin Carrasco.
In the second half, Venezuela's dominance was consolidated with four additional goals. Melanie Chirinos (48') shot a free kick from the head. He then assisted Altuve for his second goal (58') and then in the 60', completing his hat-trick. Carrasco closed the score in 69' after another corner.
Outstanding players include Oriana Altuve (hat-trick), Melanie Chirinos (goal and assist), Raiderlin Carrasco (goal and two assists) and Deyna Castellanos (assist and offensive participation).
According to what was published on the Copa América website, with this result, Vinotinto Femenina has four points in three games.
In their next Group B game, Venezuela will rest until Friday, July 25, when they face Paraguay.
