Venezuela coordinates technical exchange with training centers in Germany

The National Institute for Socialist Training and Education (Inces), the Federation of Chambers and Associations of Commerce and Production of Venezuela (Fedechambers) and the Venezuelan-German Chamber of Commerce developed a technical cooperation agenda with vocational training centers in Germany to advance the adaptation of the dual training methodology in Venezuela.

The delegation held meetings in Bonn, a city in the European country, with DVV International and the Federal Institute for Vocational Training, where a technical exchange route was agreed and the support to study the application of the German model in the country was ratified, according to a press release from the Ministry of Labor.

During the tour of a practical training workshop, the representatives of Inces said: “In their experience and methodology, we found mechanisms to strengthen training in specific technical areas through alliances with private sectors.”

The agenda will continue in Berlin with new meetings aimed at consolidating technical cooperation and the development of dual training.
