Venezuela Eat Fish has distributed more than 62,000 kilos in Miranda

The Venezuela Eat Fish operation distributed seafood proteins to more than 30,000 families in Miranda during the month of February, through 22 points installed in 14 municipalities.

According to information issued by the Government, the Secretary of Fisheries, Johan Rodríguez, specified that during this month they have sold more than 62,400 kilos of fish at affordable prices.

He also explained that the municipalities served by Cristóbal Rojas, Guaicaipura, El Hatillo, Independencia, Paz Castillo, Sucre, Carrizal, Chacao, Urdaneta, Zamora, Plaza, Tomás Lander, Los Salias and Simón Bolívar.

During the month of February, 71 fairs were installed in 22 of the state's 54 parishes, with the objective of meeting demand and catering to the largest number of the population.

“Itinerant distribution points have also been distributed in the parishes Petare Sur, Cartanal, Santa Lucía, Petare Norte, San Francisco de Yare, Cúa, Guatire, Guarenas, Ocumare del Tuy, San Antonio de los Altos, Bolívar, Tácata, Paracotos, Carrizal, Chacao, Charallave, Los Teques, San Pedro de los Altos, Cecilio Acosta, El Jarrillo, Altagracia de la Montaña and El Hatillo,” the government reported.
