Venezuela kicks off its participation in the South American School Games on the right foot

The Venezuelan delegation started off on the right foot its participation in the XXVIII South American School Games, which are being held in Bucaramanga, Colombia.

In women's volleyball, the Criollas won a resounding 3-1 victory against their Chilean counterpart .

In addition, in women's basketball, the Venezuelans beat the Colombians with a resounding score of 52 to 23.

Meanwhile, in chess the natives defeated the Ecuadorian women 3-1 and bleached the Uruguayan women 4-0. In addition, the tennis players were not left behind either and added another team victory against Paraguay 3-1 under the Corbillon Cup format.

The XXVIII South American School Games are attended by 175 Venezuelan athletes.
