The Minister of Popular Power for Tourism, Leticia Gómez, reported that the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela has been drawing up strategies since the International Tourism Fair of Cuba (FITCuba2025) to promote the country's tourism positioning in different markets around the world.

Through his official Instagram account, Gómez explained that the strategies were discussed at work tables at the event with the president of the Bello Tour agency, Terri Jiang, with whom he established a route to reach the Asian market.

In addition, he met with representatives of Viajes Cuba and Grupo Gira to promote tourism activity between the two nations and held a meeting with representatives from Havanatur International, the director of Contracting at Blue Diamond in Cuba, Jorge Rosales; and with the representative of the company Disset, Antoni Pons.

The Venezuelan Minister of Tourism also held a meeting with her counterpart from Nicaragua, Anasha Campbell, together with the Ambassador, Guissel Socorro Morales.

These meetings are part of Venezuela's work agenda for the 43rd edition of FITCuba2025, the most significant professional event held annually by the Cuban tourism industry, and which will take place until May 3 at the Morro-Cabaña Complex in Havana.
