The Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela thanked the Islamic Republic of Iran for its strong condemnation of interventionism and military threats from the United States.

“On behalf of President Nicolás Maduro, we express our deep gratitude to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran for its strong condemnation of interventionism and the military threats that the United States is directing against our sovereign homeland,” Foreign Minister Yván Gil said in a post on his Telegram channel.

Gil also asserted that military threats jeopardize the peace and security of the entire region.
