Venezuela thanks Russia for the shipment with humanitarian support

This Saturday, July 11, the Foreign Minister of the Republic, Yván Gil, extended a fraternal message of thanks to the Russian Federation, for sending a shipment containing 10 tons of humanitarian aid, aimed at treating the population affected by the two recent earthquakes that occurred in Venezuela.
In his account on the social network Telegram, Gil stated that “on behalf of the Bolivarian Government, we thank the Russian Federation for the solidarity support of the Russian Federation, with the sending of a shipment of humanitarian aid.”
He specified that this shipment “contains both food and utensils to be distributed through mechanisms and centers organized for the protection of the affected population.”
“The Venezuelan people know that they have the solidarity of Russia and its government. Thank you so much!” , said the chancellor.
