Venezuelan Orluis Aular triumphs again in the Vuelta a España

The Venezuelan cyclist Orluis Aular (Movistar Team) achieved an outstanding performance, crossing the finish line in third position and consolidating himself as one of the protagonists of this edition of the Vuelta a España.
