The Venezuelan people are mobilizing this Friday in the Long
March to demand the freedom and return to the country of children kidnapped
in the United States (USA) by the Donald Trump Administration's aggressive policies
against migrants.
From José Martí Square in Chacaíto, the head
of government of Caracas, Nahum Fernández, stressed that President Nicolás Maduro
has achieved other reasons for happiness for the Venezuelan people; this in
reference to the victorious return, during this day, of seven
migrant children who were separated from their families by the United States.
In that regard, he added that such actions have
demonstrated that Venezuela has a serious, responsible government that defends
human rights, whose president will defend them to the last
consequences.
“Until the last child in the United States, or
kidnapped in any other country, we are going to continue fighting, together with President Maduro,
to bring them back to Venezuela,” said Nahum Fernández.
During the Long March for the Freedom of
Kidnapped Children in the United States, the families, mothers and fathers of Venezuelan
migrants kidnapped in El Salvador also expressed their
gratitude to the Bolivarian Government and to the entire nation for their efforts and
dedication in bringing about the return of their compatriots.
